Office Policies

We'd like to acquaint you with our office policies to ensure clarity and transparency as you receive our services.

Cancellation / No-show Policy?

24-hour advance notice is required if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. You may call or text the office or your therapist, or email patricia@ccspom.com to cancel.

One cancellation/no show is allowed without a fee.

All other late cancellations or no shows will be charged the full fee for the session. Insurance does not pay for no show fees. Illness and last-minute emergencies are taken into consideration.

Treatment time is very valuable. If you are late for your scheduled appointment, you will only be treated for the remaining time of your appointment. The fee for service will not be adjusted.
